Wheres my state refund?

i efiled on january 15 i received my fed check on febuary 4th but everytime i went to check the status of my state check it says they have no information on it. i have called them and they told me they dont see me in their system..i called my tax people and they SWEAR they sent it on the 20th of january i dont know what else to do..any advice?
