Is it bronchitis again?

I've had bronchitis before, and when I get the flu I always get this horrible cough after wards. I had the flu a few weeks ago, and I still have the cough. It sounds like congestion, and in the mornings I cough up phlegm and mucous, but during the day it's just a congestive cough. I'm not sick at all anymore, besides getting cold very very easily. I can't go to the DR because I have no insurance, and no money at the moment.
