Warts on my hole?

so I'm only 16 and I've never had . and this morning I was walkin around and my hole hurt. So I go into the bathroom and I notice a wart like right above my hole. It hurts and I'm scared. And I tried to call all these hotlines but nothing helped and my mom isn't home. Should I wait a couple of days or drive to the docs later on..? What do u think this is?
