Rear air bag suspension?

I own a Chrysler New yorker 1988, I took the car in and found out my rear air bag suspension stock what it came with the compressor went out and need a new one for roughly $200. Is there a way I could just bring it to a pump or compressor and fill up the air bags so that they permenetley have air in them?
