Quadratic formula help?

I know you may not like this answer, but when you post that many questions, it's obvious you are just trying to get somebody to do your homework for you. If you understand the quadratic formula, you can figure out all of them yourself. If you need help understanding and using the quadratic formula, I will be happy to help you. But I won't do your entire homework ignment.
