Nearly 7 weeks pregnant but harldy any symptoms?

I'm 6 , nearly 7 weeks pregnant. The only symptom i have is tiredness and odd twinges in my tum every now and then throughout the day! Also abit of back ache. I havnt had any morning sickness, sore or needed to pee more. Am i ok? Thanks in advance!
