Is the structure of the American family the reason that some young people are disobedient nowdays ?

50 years ago, it was usually that the dad worked (total breadwinner) and the mother took care of the children. Now the dad and mom both work, leaving the child alone or in daycare without their parents. Could this be why young people are misbehaving
