How do you convert bmp to jpg pictures and?

I ume you are using a Windows computer. Open the picture in the paint program. Right click the picture to do this click open with and click paint if it is there, if not then browse til u find it. It will open in paint then click save as and use the drop down menu where you see BMP and select jpg instead and voila! You have a jpeg. Also 360 has a m upload tool, it is really good.
