Got hit in head with badminton racket?

I got hit really hard in gym today right above my left temple, I have small lump above my temple, a really bad headache with ear pain. I did not p out or fall it knock the wind out of me i also have a very mild bleeding disorder (von willie brand disease) Should i be worry?
