Not really. She said "too bad you aren't here". That means if you were you would have a chance. She didn't reject you. Just because she says she wants to move doesn't mean she doesn't like you. If she is still around when you get back then ask her on a date but if she isn't then move on. There are plenty of "fish in the sea" i guess you could say.
