Damn it I want to talk to someone?

2 of my e mails address that are correct to the UK and France keep getting returned...I have been given 1 to 3 yrs to live with my cancer and I am trying to correspond with overseas Doctors etc the addresses are Eoinwaters@hotmail.com & Antione.Blanquefort@free.fr....I need dependable mail...I have many overseas friends and how do i know they are getting my mail....this is my second request HELP
