Can anyone help me identify a lump on my leg please? details below?

Hi i have had a lump on my leg for a few years but it seems to grow at a slow rate and has grown recently. i have never shown it to a doctor but lately im very ill with many symptoms and my doctor cant find the answer. the lump is soft and now the size of a ping pong ball and squishy and seems to have grown out of my leg rather than it being under the skin it has a bumpy surface and i can feel it when its touched can anyone give me insight on what this is please?
