Another question about fog lights with halos/angel eyes?

First, without going into too much detail, unless you can get true HID headlights for a tC from Scion, in which case you can get real HID's. Do not get one of those cheap ebay HID "conversion kits" as none of them have ped DOT tests for legality. As for the primary question, it depends on how they have it set up, but from what I've seen, they have a separate distribution box that you can mount elsewhere from the light that you could just open up and wire the halo's separately from the fog lights. In my opinion, it's a lot of work for something that, more than likely, you'll either end up leaving the halo's off, or leaving them on all the time.
